Update: Broken for the foreseeable future. I'd like to attempt to fix or recreate it, but I'm not sure how and I don't have the time to do it from scratch currently. If you'd like to get it done, go for it. Requires joe_rowe's Civilian Objects and SUNSTAG's NATO Personnel and Items mods. Sequel to the previous UH-1H Convoy Attack mission. A small scale air assault operation centered around a combat insertion and CAS.

Our successful convoy intercept has not only enabled us to push the enemy back to Chernomorskaya, but caught command's attention. To capitalize on the success, we've been tasked with taking Chernomor, which along with Imeretinskaya has become a separatist fortress. They've congealed all their forces into those two towns in hopes of repelling any more advances east.

Surprisingly good perfomance fromt the F-5E in Outremer. Massive amount of BOOM you can deliver, especially when considering what a small critter this really is. The Mig-21 actually works pretty well for this line of work. But only if you fly it like you stole it. Yeah, when in doubt - go full afterburner! No but really, you gotta learn how to handle it properly in tight valleys. Perhaps not stare at the instruments all the the time but develop a feel for flying it instead. Tight turns are best kept above 450kph, just remember that. And you need Winrar to unpack the files! DIFFICULTY: Tough guy legit

The Americans have been violating Iranian airspace for weeks, and it is time to put an end to their provocations.

The IRIAF is sending you to lead a pair of MiG 29 on a patrol over the gulf. If the Americans send anything up today, you will be directed to intercept it. If they approach our airspace, you will be directed to warn them. And if they violate our airspace, this time, you may be directed to shoot them down. At all times, mind the rules of engagement!

This mission features a series of variable triggers which will change some key variables each time. That means this mission will enjoy some decent replay value, so give it at least a few plays. Depending on the results of the random triggers, the Americans might bug out, they might not even violate our airspace. Or, they could put up a fight that will test your skills, or leave you bobbing in the gulf, waiting for rescue. Your job is to be prepared for anything.

On request by one of my viewers on Youtube. I didn't think the regular Su-25 would differ much from the freebie T-model but oh was I WRONG!
This aircraft is WAY better in the handling department and it's got the nicest oldschool analogue cockpit as well. Yeah, no HUD to help you, you gotta watch them dials like in the bad old days :) I've only tried the first mission in this campaign so far but I can tell you - if you've flown the Su-25T campaign, then you MUST try this aircraft after that.
You won't regret it. Unpack the files with Winrar, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, strap in, takeoff, start blasting. DIFFICULTY: Regular tough guy

This campaign is specifically made for those who are interested in what DCS has to offer. For no money whatsoever. YES, the sim itself is free and the Su-25T is one of two aircraft included for free (the other one being a civilian Mustang). Now some might say the Su-25T isn't "kewl" or "rad" enough. Because it's one of the oldest DCS aircraft and because it's too easy in the handling or such. Well, I suppose it isn't much of a challenge if you only fly in fine weather, at mid-day and over a flat desert. In this campaign however, there's none of that. You will learn to cope with adversity AND learn to handle this brick...in the worst of conditions. I've been having fun lately adding voice recordings to missions.  This is a quick nighttime strike in the Hornet with voice overs from the mission commander and another unit.  Fairly straightforward mission, but a couple of surprises along the way.

Mission Brief:
"Good evening, everyone.  We have received intelligence that a high value target is camped out in a mountain valley north of Kutaisi.  The mission tonight is simple: Take out the target.  There's not a lot of maneuvering room in the valley, so Dodge flight, a single F-18 will go in alone armed with rockets.  A single Apache, Springfield flight, will be standing by for additional CAS.  Uzi will be on station over the camp providing forward air control, and will designate targets as needed.  Overlord will provide mission command.  Additional details will be provided after startup."

So this started as just a simple air refuelling mission for me and my friends...

...Then it kind of got out of hand
over the past few months, I have used this mission to learn more about the Mission Editor at the same time as building my friends and I a simple training mission that covers everything we could think of. we had tried various missions available but found many of them unsuitable due to a number of factors. In short, we wanted to be able to start in-game and then change up our training on the fly EG. Do some ground attack then a quick dogfight then some cats n traps with some refuelling thrown in in-between
we have found this mission has fulfilled all of our needs and we hope it does the same for you. all the information you need to know is in the briefing
